Are you going to make Samsung phone cases?
Yes, Samsung S 23/24 Ultra will be available around January 2025. If there is another Samsung model you would like to see produced, please Contact Us to inquiry about availability.
When will you offer iPhone 16 cases?
We are currently developing the iPhone 16 Pro & 16 Pro Max cases. We are shooting for a February 2025 release date for the Western Expo in Salt Lake City.
Do you ship overseas?
Not right now but we plan to very shortly. Please drop us a note on our Contact Us page and let us know what country we should start with first.
What is the Kapture KĀR Warranty?
Our KĀR (pronounced "care") Warranty in an unconditional lifetime warranty on all Kapture parts. Read more here.
I don't see my optic model listed. Can it still be compatible?
Yes. You can check our Optic Sizing Chart to see a full list of Kapture compatible optics.
If you don't see your optic model listed, please contact us. We only list optics that we have physically verified as compatible and just because your optic is not on our list does not mean it isn't compatible.

I bought the wrong item or size. What do I do?
If you purchased the wrong size or part, you can start a return or exchange through our Return and Exchange Portal. If you have questions prior to initiating your yout claim, please feel free to Contact Us.
