At Kapture®, our KĀR warranty is designed with you in mind.
KĀR (pronounced "care") represents our Kustomer Always Right mentality to service. We commit to repair or replace your Kapture product if it becomes damaged or defective. All we ask is that you pay the return shipping. Should we be unable to repair your item, we'll replace it with an equal or superior model.

Regardless of how the damage happened, who is responsible, or where you bought the product, we're here to assist you. Our KĀR Warranty includes coverage for all Kapture Phone Cases, Adapters, Magnetic Rings, Mount Rings, Integrated Eye Cups, and other items made by Kapture.
