At Kapture®, our KĀR warranty is designed with you in mind.
KĀR (pronounced "care") represents our Kustomer Always Right mentality to service. We commit to repair or replace your Kapture product if it becomes damaged or defective, entirely at no cost to you. Should we be unable to repair your item, we'll replace it with an equal or superior model.

Regardless of how the damage happened, who is responsible, or where you bought the product, we're here to assist you. Our KĀR Warranty includes coverage for all Kapture Phone Cases, Adapters, Magnetic Rings, Mount Rings, Integrated Eye Cups, and other items made by Kapture.

Some helpful packaging tips include:
Place product in a sturdy shipping box or bubble mailer.
Do not return in the product box only as it is not secure enough for shipping.
