Knekt Ring Mount vs Integrated Eyecup
The Knekt Ring Mount installs on the metal flange inside the optics eyecup and around the ocular lens using premium 3M non-abrasive tape. It is extremely secure yet easy to remove if needed. This is our original patented design to service 99% of all optic models made.
A few optics companies (Kowa, Maven, Swarovski) feature removeable eyecups. For those brands, we offer a premium fit factory replacement Knekt Integrated Eyecup with a Knekt Mount directly machined into the eyecup tube. Simply remove your factory eyecup and screw on your Knekt Integrated Eyecup and you are set.
Both options are designed with longevity and precision in mind and offer the same system performance. We stand by both with our KĀR Lifetime Warranty.

Can I run the Knekt System on different optics?
Once you have the Knekt Phone Case and Knekt Adapter, to outfit an additional optic, you only need to buy the new optic's correctly sized Knekt Optic Mount (Ring Mount or Integrated Eyecup) along with a matching Knekt Mag Ring. If you already have a Knekt Mag Ring in the new optic's size, then all you need to buy is the additional Knekt Optic Mount (Ring Mount or Integrated Eyecup) and the Knekt Ring Mount is just under $30.
